Service Representative position

SmartWater CSI is always looking to add highly effective sales representatives to develop new clients in the home and commercial security industry. You will be responsible for establishing targets, creating opportunities, and closing deals in accordance with the goals articulated by the Chief Operating Officer or his designated representative. You will develop strategic sales plans that enable the organization to accomplish its growth goals and objectives. You will define and build sales processes which support growth and profitability. This opportunity requires you to develop deep and solid client relationships through professional networks, previous client relationships, and become a subject matter expert in providing SmartWater CSI related solutions.

Specific Responsibilities include

• Provide leadership and direction to the government and law enforcement sales effort

• Develop opportunities and client aligned solutions

• Create client development strategies and orchestrate implementation of account management plans

• Identify, target and convert prospects to clients

• Prospect, pitch and close complex key deals

• Target clients and prospects with the opportunity for sustainable growth

• Support and influence value-based competitive pricing strategies

• Develop and manage a pipeline of high probability opportunities

• Qualify and develop leads that focus on opportunities with the most strategic and financial impact

• Provide accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness

• Influence the firm to be a client focused and sales driven organization

Desired Skills and Expertise

– Leadership

– Sales experience with senior government and law enforcement desired

– Sales experience within the South Florida security industry a plus

– Sales experience in security industry preferred

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

– Strong presentation skills
