Fort Lauderdale, FL – SmartWater CSI, a high technology company with an established track record of crime deterrence and theft reduction, announces Colonel Leland Liebe, USA (Ret) has joined the company as vice president. Colonel Liebe brings more than 24 years of military experience, most recently completing his final assignment with the U.S. Army as Senior U.S. Special Operations Intelligence Officer within South America, Central America and the Caribbean.
He will assist with the rollout of operations to State and Federal law enforcement agencies and government agencies, including the expansion of SmartWater’s web-based intelligence portal.

Colonel Liebe holds three master’s degrees, including a Masters in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University at the Defense Intelligence Agency in Washington, D.C.
