Chief Williams and the Riviera Beach Police Leadership Team

To a standing room only press conference today, Riviera Beach Police Chief Clarence D. Williams, III introduced SmartWater, the Police Departments’s latest high-tech, crime-fighting tool that will soon be in action to help catch criminals.

SmartWater is a forensically encoded liquid that can be applied to personal property or even sprayed on intruders to help police identify stolen property and criminals.
